Your qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant fieldExperience in executing complex assembly tasks and research activitiesStrong problem-solving skills under time constraintsSolid understanding of assembly processes including mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, optics, and software routines (e.g., vision algorithms)Familiarity with high-tech measurement equipmentGood communication and collaboration skills, you know how to strike a successful balance between organizational requirements and stakeholder expectations (internal and external)Strong laboratory skills, ranging from handling tools like hammers to tweezersWillingness to engage in short nationally and internationally travel as requiredAn unrestricted travel permit is required for this position, particularly for travel to Central and North America as well as Asian countries.Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).
